Here's a fusion tool I use. It's more interactive, so it can conform to your needs some.

It's about 80% complete. The person who was working on it stopped a while ago. It's good for basic needs, though.

It also lists moves that demons learn, and at what level they learn them.

Keep in mind, the fusions that this site give you ONLY work if the demons it suggests you use are the level you find in them in the wild/level they are when fused. So it's only practical for short term work.
